Join me for a Spring mid-week yoga retreat in the heart of the English Lake District. Yewfield is in a peaceful location in Hawkshead, which is situated in 80 acres of private grounds. You are surrounded by natural beauty with walks from the doorstep, views over the Vale of Esthwaite, Lake Windermere and Tarn Hows just a short walk away. Mother Earth at her best, it is truly a special place. Yewfield has been awarded a VisitEngland 5 star rating. Spring is a magical time buds budding, flowers blooming, a time for transformation, the return of light and warmth. Lets come together to move, breathe, chant and meditate amongst nature. Immerse yourself in powerful practices to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. Energise and awaken your body with intelligent sequenced dynamic morning practices, that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated for the day ahead. In the evening a beautiful healing yin and restorative practice to soothe and calm the mind. The rooms are furnished to a high standard all ensuite with tea/coffee making facilities. This is the first time on my retreat where YOU choose your room. You have the option of single/twin/apartment. Once your deposit is paid an email will be sent to you within the week, the sooner you book the more choice you will have. There will be time to explore or simply take time out to relax with a book or journal in the comfort of the cosy lounge. This is your time, all practices are optional.
