'Summer Surya' - Yoga Day Retreat

Join me for a yoga retreat day at the picturesque Breamish Valley, situated on the edge of Northumberland's national park in the village of Ingram. This is the Saturday prior to the Summer Solstice. The Village hall is light and spacious and in a beautiful setting. The room has underfloor heating to enhance your experience when moving to a deeper relaxed state. The official start to Summer is drawing close!! Immerse yourself in powerful practices to enliven your solar energies and find an inner glow in your heart. We'll weave together many practices to honour this time of year. Take this time out with a group of like minded people. All you need is a mat and a lunch to share. You may want to arrive early or stay late to take a stroll along Breamish riverbank or a more challenging walk along the hill fort trail or simply a dip at 'Linhope Spout'.
