As we draw close to the festive period why not join me for a 'Night of Delight', a total reset of body, mind and soul. Let me guide you through a range of practices to allow you to simply switch off from the busyness of this time of year. Three hours of blissfulness!! From a gentle perspective, slow down and dive deep with a beautiful Yin practice, no striving only softening, mindful breathing practices to bring the body back to a state of harmony and a few soulful surprises to leave you floating out of the room.
